Taking Noxarem Melatonin with food, drinks and alcohol

• If you have diabetes or significant glucose intolerance, it is best to take melatonin at least 3 hours after any meal.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding

• The use of this medication is not recommended during pregnancy.
• You should not use Noxarem Melatonin if you are breastfeeding.

Driving and using machines

Melatonin has a moderate influence on the ability to drive and operate machinery. It may cause drowsiness. Alertness may be impaired for several hours after taking melatonin. Do not drive or operate machinery after taking it.
